My name is Anna Popławska. I graduated in Italian Philology from the Jagiellonian University. I also hold a Certificate of Proficiency in English. For ten years I have been doing certified and non-certified translations of Italian and English, both in written form and interpretation. In 2006 I received a professional qualification as a certified translator of Italian and in 2014 as a certified translator of English. I specialize in legal texts.

I specialize in the translation of:

 

/ official documents,

/ companies’ registration documents,

/ articles of association, operating agreements and others,

/ banking and financial documents, any other company documents,

/ tenancy or lease contracts, purchase contracts, credit or loan contracts and others,

/ notarial deeds, all real estate related documents,

/ I also provide translation for the police, prosecution and judicial authorities.

 

I also translate:

/ promotional materials for companies,

/ academic articles and books (press articles, novels, biographies, guides).

 


 

Over fifteen books have been published using my translation.

I provide translation and interpretation services for notarial and legal offices, real estate agents, public administration authorities, translation agencies and publishing houses, private companies and individuals.

I also teach Italian and English at GLOSSA School of Foreign Languages in Cracow. I hold courses at school and in-company at all levels (A1 to C1 according to The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). I teach common language and business language. I am a co-author of a student book of business Italian for beginners (“In Ufficio” Alicja Paleta, Anna Popławska).

I like literature, Italian cinema and walking in the mountains.
